Great news, makers! We’re bringing you even better prices on your favorite TH3D products. We’ve lowered prices by up to 20% on many items, with most seeing a 10-15% reduction—helping you save more while keeping your prints running strong!
Why the Change?
Most customers are not using the support that is included with our products so why keep prices higher when you aren’t using it? With that in mind, we’ve shifted to an on-demand support model, allowing us to cut prices and give you the option to purchase support only when you need it. This puts more money in your pocket while keeping us competitive in the 3D printing market, where many sellers provide no support at all with no options at all to get quality support!
What About Support?
We know that support is still important for some customers, which is why we’re continuing to include it with select products. For example, if you purchase an EZABL Kit, EZPi Kit, EZBoard V2, or Creality V4.2.7 Board, you’ll still receive full technical support at no extra cost. Products that include support will clearly state it on their product pages.
For other products, we now offer affordable, flexible support options:
✅ Email Support: $25 per ticket
✅ Remote Video Call with PC Access: $30 for 30 minutes | $50 for 60 minutes
This way, you only pay for support if you need it, while enjoying lower prices on everything else! All our support is 100% US Based and ALL our staff actually knows what they are doing when it comes to 3D printing. This means you get excellent support from knowledgeable people who work directly for TH3D.

We know that many of you prefer self-service and community-driven support, so we offer free resources where you can get help from fellow makers and even TH3D staff (we check in frequently!).
