UPDATE: As of 2/19/2025 the migration is completed. We are checking for any broken links post-migration on product pages and other locations. If you do find a bad link please let us know and we’ll get it taken care of and send you the new URL for whatever link you were trying to access.
Weโre making big improvements to how you access support! As part of these changes, we are renaming our Help Center to the Support Portal and moving all our product documentation into this new system. The Support Portal will provide a faster, more searchable, and more efficient experience, making it easier to find the information you need. This update also allows us to send support documentation directly to customers when needed.
We expect to have all product articles fully moved over by February 21, 2025. As part of this transition, we are updating product pages to link directly to the new Support Portal at tickets.th3dstudio.com. Once a document is moved, it will be removed from the old system.
To keep things simple, our existing support.th3dstudio.com domain will remain active and redirect to the new Support Portal.
