Stiffen up your printer bed with these solid bed mounts. Made from ABS with an Aluminum insert in the USA for maximum stability. This requires and ABL probe to use (like the EZABL or BLTouch). Compatible with our bed mounted Camera Arm addon pack.
Also included are high temp Nylon washers to use to shim the corners of your bed if your bed and/or carriage is severely warped. These can be placed on either side of the mounts and will not damage your bed heater.

Description
What are these? Stiffen up your printer bed with these solid bed mounts. These replace the stock springs on your bed and are great for when you are using an ABL kit like our EZABL, BLTouch, CRTouch, or Any other ABL Probe. If you are not sure, then contact us and we can help with the selection. Designed and Made by TH3D in the USA from ABS with an Aluminum insert for maximum stability.
What is Included?
Standard Kit – Includes 4 Bed Mounts, 1 Modular Strain Arm (works with most printers with beds 310×310 or smaller), nylon bed shim washers, and Zip Ties. If your printer cannot use the strain arm (or has built in strain relief for the bed), then you will use just the 4 Bed Mounts.
Camera Arm Addon – Includes the camera arm and adapters to mount the TH3D EZCam, C270, C310, or C920 to it. STL files for the Camera Arm addon and Camera Adapters are also included with the Standard Kit.
Printable Upgrades/Addons
Addons use Bed Mounts snapped into them like the Modular Strain Arm.

NOTE – Due to addons being close to the bed heater it is NOT recommended to print in PLA as they can deform and warp over time. PETG is the MINIMUM material to print them in, ABS is highly recommended.

Z Clearance: These kits provide 22mm of height from the Y carriage to your Bed plate. Make sure your stock bed screws are long enough to reach this distance AND make sure that your Z axis can reach the bed when the distance between the Y carriage and the bed itself is at 22mm of distance.
Bed Screw Size: The bed mount kits accept a screw size of M3-M4 size.

Received them and installed them. Easy to install, fixed a bunch of my issues with my abl.

No problems installing, but the included plastic washers are good only for coarse adjustment: To really bring it in to proper adjustment, I used broiler foil punched with a paper punch to make shims (one post took 8) . I have an Ender 3 with dual upgraded ball-bearing Y rails, and have flattened my build plate on a belt sander (it had a .005 inch bow). I use a Big Tree Tech main board, Marlin, a CR Touch, and stick-on Creality build mat. First Layers are perfect with 80% speed and flow, no fan. Back to normal on layer 2 and up. I printed and like the bed handle.

These Solid Bed Mounts look good, and, they appear to be well made. They arrived in a timely manner. Installation looks simple, however, the instructions are a bit lacking on how to ensure the Bed is as level as possible, prior to starting a print. Other than that, I am sure it is an awesome product.
