Install in 5 minutes. Unscrew the handle from your original top lid panel and put them on ours, do NOT use the plastic grommets that are on the screws for this new lid – only use the screws. It’s that easy and 1:1 replacement of the OEM top lid panel.

- Do NOT use loctite or any thread lockers near these panels – it will damage the door.
- Do NOT use alcohol and/or acetone based cleaners to clean. Use Windex, Plexus, or Water to clean.

Another nice upgrade for my K1 Max. The cover is flat and has great visibility, especially if you have overhead lighting. The screw hole center-to-center was a bit too narrow and did not line up well with the stock Creality handle, even without the plastic bushings. My K1 is a first gen unit so maybe Creality was mixing and matching handles or suppliers back then. I drilled the holes out slightly larger and was able to install the stock handle. it’s not a big deal, and it was easy to fix, but something to be aware of if you have a first-gen K1.
