You can open a ticket for any inquiry to go direct to our team. This includes sales questions, printer repairs, print farm requests, order changes/issues, and technical support.

Please note that our ticket system is a separate system so your TH3D website login will NOT work with the ticket system login. If you need to reset your ticket system login you can do here on the ticket system password reset page.

Technical Support Options

To keep our prices as low as possible, technical support is not included with most product purchases. Some products do include support, and if they do, it will be clearly stated on their product page.

Instead, we offer affordable, flexible support options so you only pay for help when you need it.

If you need assistance, we offer:

  • Email Support: $25 per ticket
  • Remote Video Call with PC Access: $30 for 30 minutes | $50 for 60 minutes
