What is this service?
This is a one-time remote support session via Microsoft Teams or phone, including optional remote PC access. It covers a single tech support issue and is scheduled after purchase and verification. You’ll receive a booking link from our technician to choose your preferred time.
Ticket Required Before Purchase
You must submit a support ticket before purchasing. Without a ticket, we won’t know your issue or be able to assist properly.
Refund Policy
All support sales are final. We charge for our time, not results. No refunds for unresolved issues, non-response, or abandoned tickets (5+ business days with no reply). If you need more time, let us know and we’ll place your ticket on hold.
What’s Included?
Live remote support via phone, video, or chat for the issue detailed in your ticket. Once the call is complete, the session is considered closed. Email support is not included afterward—if you’d like continued help via email, you can purchase an email support ticket separately.
We try our best with third-party products but cannot guarantee fixes for non-TH3D hardware or software.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule. Additional changes: $20 (30 min) / $30 (1 hour+).
Unified 2 Firmware Compiling
Includes up to 20 firmware compiles per ticket. Extra revisions may be billed. Only covers printers and settings supported in Unified 2. No custom Marlin or major code changes unless pre-approved.
3rd Party or Out-of-Warranty Hardware
No refunds or discounts if your issue is due to defective or unsupported third-party hardware, or out-of-warranty TH3D parts.

I’m giving this 4 stars solely because I personally think $50 an hour is steep. BUT the support was great. The guys over there know their stuff and my printer is back up and running. I’d do it again if needed. I tried contacting creality but they were no help. I’m glad I have these guys in my back pocket in case i need help again.
